    In accordance with the Article 128 Paragraph 2 of the Law on Business Companies
    (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, number 125/04), I hereby inform the

    26th 2010, after I completely transferred my share of 50% to _________ from
    Belgrade, in accordance with the Contract on the purchase of the share and withdrawal
    from the Company ________ I concluded with _________ on ________. (Contract).

    In accordance with the Contract, Sasa from ___________, acquired 75% share in the
    Company on 26th February 2010.

    This notification is submitted with the purpose of registering into the Share Register.
