    We are forwarding this letter request to your good office for a reassessment of
    the fair market value of our property, classified as commercial machinery,
    located at Labangal, Gensan City which is covered by Tax Declaration Number
    TD-266720.

    The current assessment of the said property is peg at Php 2,163,200.00. This
    valuation is way above the actual amount of the property. We kindly ask your
    esteemed office to reconsider the existing valuation.
