    Week in Review: February 6 - 10


    Well that was an interesting week! I hope everyone in your family is staying safe in Snowmageddon 2017!

    Unfortunately our first ski day had to be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. If you only paid for the
    first day, then your money will be applied to the second ski day. If you paid for both days, Mrs. Hunt is
    working her way through the ski day spread sheet and refunds will be issued.

    We skipped our poem of the week and well do it next week instead!

    Sounds of the Week: w and u. Weve covered all the vowels now except for that pesky y that
    sometimes likes to be a vowel.

    We missed our last skating session because of the snow day on Tuesday. This will not be rescheduled so
    our school skating unit is now finished.

    We also had to cancel our visit to Garden View Village this week. Visibility for walking over to Garden
    View was not good on Thursday and I felt it was not safe for us to go. Instead we stayed back and made
    the Love Birds door hangers for our senior friends. Ill go over and hang them up on their doors over the
    weekend.

    There were lots of cute 100 year olds walking around our school on Friday. Check out the blog for our
    class photo!
