Development and advancement know how, skills and technology for strategic leadership,
business management (corporate) & governance; based on the study and application of
Matrix 9+ Game Generator Tool, the application of Primordial Technology Theta, and the
study of the art of war, the art of peace, the art of life, the art of doing business, the art of
culture development and the art of civilization advancement (e-Publications by Luis Daniel
Maldonado Fonken) and the principles applied by the training program : 'Strategic
Leadership created by Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken.

REFERENCES:
1987 The researcher had en empiric experience by designing a team building program
based on gamification, leadership and development of skills.
1992 The researcher advanced the model utilized in 1987, by integrating multidisciplinary
collaboration, self-management and study of perception models and beliefs. Created a
training program with students at the university, which was active until 1996.
1997 The researcher designed an organization that would integrate to the model developed
between 1992 and 1996, cultural skills, perceptions, and professional experience in several
disciplines, through travel and volunteer at projects and locations in South America. The
volunteer projects and training programs had the aim to advance skills through cultural
immersion, multicultural team building and application of projects.
Since 1999 The research provides training programs, and consultancy, to not for profit
organizations and business along his journeys in South America, as well run the project
designed in 1997.
Since 2002, Chile, the researcher implements knowledge and products designed since
1987, for the creation of strategic business management and governance know how, create
the first design of a business incubation program, and shift to a for profit sector.
2003 The researcher lives in Europe (Switzerland) and dedicated himself to start up of
business, and development of strategic business consultancy, coaching training and
governance know how.
2007 The researcher does his first series of publications, dedicated to strategic business
management, governance, leadership, and self-management. Provides consultancy,
coaching and training services.

Since 2010 The researcher applies the experience and know how developed, for the
creation of a holding in Germany. The project was in 2012 discontinued.
Since 2011 The researcher integrated peace, human rights care for culture, family,
heritage, wealth generation, technology innovation as fields in which the know how
developed would be applied for purpose of advancing strategy and development in those
fields of work.
Since 2014 The researcher publish works on Primordial Technology Theta, Gamification,
Matrix 9+ Game Generator, Quantification of Value Tools for Assessment, Score Card,
Primordial Archetypes, Perception (Thinking & Doing out of the Box) and Leadership, as well
the result of his studies on peace: the art of war, the art of peace, the art of life, the art of
doing business, the art of culture development and the art of civilization advancement.
In 2016, the researcher grounds the LDMF Foundation in The Netherlands, back to not for
profit sector in the fields of research, consultancy, technology innovation, peace and
business incubation. Through the gamification of the LDMF Foundation, the integration of
Primordial technology Theta for the purpose of research as well as development of new
applications and organizational development will be implemented.
2017, the LDMF Foundation recruiting, network, volunteer, internship and scholarship
programs has been gamified. As well team building, project management, research,
membership, economy and governance of the LDMF Foundation.
2017 February the LDMF Foundation provides new series of products for global corporate:
The 09 Keys for Business and starts a new research project on Strategic Business
Management & Governance.

Maldonado Fonken, Chairman of the LDMF Foundation. !

Mr Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken is a Business Consultant, Coach and Trainer. With Multidisciplinary studies:

He has been dedicated to Business Know How Development since 1993, through the study of laws, cycles, rhythms
and principles of nature, biohacking, personal development and human potential. His know how has been upgraded
since 2000 several times, now known as Prime Tech Theta, includes assessment tools, strategy and decision making
tools, methods for the quantification of value, score card, as well as Training programs for self-management,
coaching, team building and personal development.!
He provides holistic training programs, in which personal development and self-management is integrated to practical
daily life business needs and the complex multidimensional matrix type of analysis a modern company needs for a
