Evaluation Two teams will be picked for the Great Migration
Takeover. The successful teams will be given access to
manage KTBs social media assets during the duration of
the takeover.
CONDITIONS
1. The General Conditions of the Contract with the Government of Kenya apply to this
transaction. This form properly submitted constitutes the agreement to apply or
provide the services shown at the prices and within the delivery period stated
overleaf.
2. The offer shall remain firm for 30 days from the closing date unless otherwise
stipulated by the candidate.
3. The Procuring Entity shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any other offer, and
reserves the right to accept any offer in part unless the contrary is stipulated by the
candidates expenses, or may be collected by the owner.
4. Samples of offer when required will be provided free and before the closing date of
the quotation. If not destroyed during tests they will, upon request, be returned at
the candidates expenses, or may be collected by the owner.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. All entries must be typed or written in ink. Mistakes must not be erased but should
be crossed out and corrections made and initially by the persons signed the
quotation.

3. This form must be signed by an authorised representative of the candidate and
preferably it should also be rubber-stamped.
5. In line with Section 67 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015,
KTB and its employee or agent of KTB or member of a board, commission or
committee of KTB shall not disclose the following:
This section does not prevent the disclosure of information if any of the following
apply:-
(a) The disclosure is to an authorized employee or agent of the procuring entity or a
member of a board or committee of the procuring entity involved in the
procurement proceedings;
(b) The disclosure is for the purpose of law enforcement;
(c) The disclosure is for the purpose of a review under Part XV or requirements
under Part IV of the Act 2015
(d) The disclosure is pursuant to a court order; or
(e) The disclosure is made to the Authority or Review Board under the Act 2015.
Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence as
stipulated in section 177 (1)(f) and shall be debarred and prohibited to work for a
government entity or where the government holds shared, for a period of ten years.
6. If you do not wish to quote, please endorse the reasons on this and return it,
