hospital experience better
for community members.
April 10-16 is National
Volunteer Week, and St.
Francis-Bartlett is honor-
ing its Volunteer of the
Year, Susan Collins,
because of her dedication
to volunteer service.
She joined Saint Francis
Hospital-Bartlett as a vol-
unteer in 2012. Her mother
had recently passed away,
and Susan was looking for
a way to help people that
were in need of comfort.
To be honest, I really
didnt know what to
expect. I probably should
have asked that question
before I joined, Collins
said. But I am so glad I
did it. I look forward to
my time at the hospital
each week. I am part of a
great group of people and
theres really a joy in
knowing that what I am
doing is helping others.

Kroger Fan Fest
races through
local stores
Kroger customers can
race to their local stores to
stock up on the products
they need for Race Day,
and they will be taking
part in Kroger Fan Fest.

MIG named top
Tenn. lender
Mortgage Investors
Group was once again
named the top lender in
the state by the Tennessee
Housing Development
Agency, a distinction the
company has earned for 13
consecutive years.
The rankings are based
on the number of THDA
loans closed in CY2015.
MIG topped the rankings
with 478 loans last year
totaling just over $51.4
million. The numbers rep-
resent a 65 percent
increase in the number of
THDA mortgage loans
MIG closed the previous
calendar year.
Since 2002, MIG has
helped over 5,700 low-to-
