OBWC420 Book Wire Binding Machine

Automatic wire o feeding, counting, cutting and closing!
Dont need to change closing bar, the sizes can be set by touch screen!

Features:

Do not require special training with adjustments, setting and change controlled by touch screen;
Closing all size binding wires on spools in 3:1 and 2:1 pitches with no change parts;
Handles most paper stock including over sized cover, wrap around covers and index tabs;
Completed books automatic move to the collection system which holds up to 200 documents;
With conveyor use to automatic feed paper, or use conveyor to do completed book collection.
Only need to put the spool on the machine instead of insert core when change spool;

How it works:
The operator set the pitch, diameter and number of loops per length by LCD panel.
The machine automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the length to the set numbers of loops and carries it to the binding position.
The operator then inserts the pre-punched block of sheets by hanging it onto the waiting open wire combs.
Once inserted, press the footpad and the book will automatically carried to the closing press, where it is automatically closed and placed
onto a conveyor.
Conveyor will take books to the collection station.
