Form a group of 4/5 people. Your group is required to do the following:-

1. Form a company of your own OR choose any well-known existing company.

2. Get a name for the company
i.e. ABC Sdn. Bhd./XYZ Corporation/LMN Berhad.
3. Create a LOGO of the company
you must be able to explain what is the meaning of the LOGO you have created.
4. Identify the nature of the company:
Background of the company
Business activities
5. Identify the management of the company:
Top Managers
Middle Managers
Lower Level Managers
(State the position title of each manager, together with the roles of each of them)
6. Come out with an organization chart (complete with departmentalization)
7. State the goals/objectives of the company.
8. Your companys mission statement.
9. Goals & plans:
Strategic goals & strategic plans
Tactical goals & tactical plans
Operational goals & operational plans
10. Motivation approach.
11. Leadership style.
12. Types of communication used in the company.
13. Controlling approach.

Your assignment must be type-written, less than 15 pages, Times New Roman, font size 12, line
spacing 1.5. You have to come out with original ideas, do not copy from other sources or internet.
