Next Steps for the Shortlisted Candidates:

1. Shortlisted candidates in written test will undergo the following stages of screening process :

a. CASS (Test for ability, aptitude and psychological profile). CAE will communicate to the candidates the
schedule of CASS.
b. Group Discussion & Interview

2. Candidates will have to undergo self-sponsored gap in flying recency requirements of type rating.
IndiGo will facilitate this process.
