B- One (1) transparnt plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
weighing 3 grams.

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXMINATION:

TO determine the presence of drugs. /x/x/x/

FINDINGS:
Qualitative Examination conducted on the abov stated specimens gave
POSITIVE result to the test for Methamphetamine hydrochloride, a dangerous drugs.

CONCLUSION:

Specimens A through B contain Methamphetamine hydrochloride, a

dangerous drug. /x/x/x/
