GOALS
FALL 2016

1)Professional Development Goal:

By the end of the school year, in June 2017, I will have
weeded the non-fiction section of the library and
attended three professional development classes made
available either through the district or online, that pertain
to library.

Learn different aspects of library: especially information

literacy curriculum and available literacy technology. How
to organize and then build the circulation to support a
pre-K- 2 school.

2)Student Achievement Goal:

By June 2017, I will have five completed 150 Reading
Mastery lessons with my second grade WIN group. I will
implement the suggestions I get from my observation
feedback.

Withitness -
-Catch the behavior that needs attention BEFORE it needs
attention.

Pacing-
- Create a learning environment that makes it easy for
students to be able to stay on task.
