I would like to warmly greet you and take this occasion to express deep respect to you
because of your scientific works and especially your excellent translation Maximus'
Mystagogy. I seek the pdf version of your publication " Maxime le Confesseur, La
Mystagogie. Introduction, traduction, notes, glossaires et index, par Marie-Lucie
Charpin-Ploix, Paris, Migne (Les Pres dans la foi), 2003 ". Unfortunately this books is
inaccessible for me. My own interest consists in the fact that I study the ancient
Georgian translations of above-mentioned Giant of Christian Theology and parallelly I
began translating his works into modern Georgian. One of his great works ("Disputation
with Pyrrhus") I've already translated with commentaries and soon be published. This
time I'm working on the text of the Mystagogy and need your translation that (as long as
I'm well informed) much exceedes that of Myrrha Lot-Borodine and Charalampos
Sotiropoulos. As I've already obtained the critical Greek text of Cantarella, of
Charalampos Sotiropoulos and the best - of Christian Boudignon, as well as the
translations (with their numerous mistakes): English translation by G. Berthold, Modern
Greek translation by , Russian by I. Venediktov-A. Mumrikov and romanian by
Diac. Ioan I. Ic Jr. If it's not difficult for you, I ask you help me to acquire your above-
mentioned french translation. I have hopes of being able to receive from you the most

Your critical text would be a great support for me to fulfill faithfully the mentionned
task as well as your french translation because I've already obtained the English
translation by G. Berthold, Modern Greek translation by and Russian by I.
Venediktov-A. Mumrikov with its numerous mistakes. As for your request, Don't worry
