    Further to this Office circular No. 4/8/2008/EO/PR dated


    21.8.2009 it is clarified that since the PAR Rules, 2007 have come
    into effect from 14th March, 2007 and the PAR for the reporting year
    2007-08 have been completed under these rules, any cominents not
    recorded by Reporting or the Reviewing or the Accepting Authority
    by 31st December, 2008 have not been taken on record as provided
    under rule 511) of PAR Rules, 2007.
