We only accept ONE (1) WEDDING EVENT PER DAY
Our wedding team is solely focused on your wedding preparation up to the day of your event.
We conduct Group Food Tasting as well as Private Food Tasting.
COCKTAIL HOUR
Small savory appetizers served before main course. It will serve the purpose of keeping the guest happy during the long
wait for the event to start. We will serve your guests with soup, salad & bites by pass around or optional upgrade of
cocktail buffet station with themed setup by Stylento
CARVING STATION
10-Hour Slow-Roast US Angus Beef Belly and Chef V Cebu Lechon Baboy.
Available for Chefs Menu Package and upgrade oprions only.
DESSERT OR SOUVENIR
Dessert in mason jar with standard name label of the couple.
This will also serve as a souvenir item and can be upgraded to customize packaging.

Event Styling By
Rates valid from January to December 2016. Event Booking Date, January 2016 to December 2017.
Because of the exclusivity of ONE wedding event per day, we require a non-refundable but
consumable Reservation Fee of PhP 10,000 to book your event day and deductible to your final billing.
Payment Terms: Reservation Fee of PhP 10,000, 50% - 1 month after reservation,
50% - 1 month before the event less Reservation Fee
For FULL Payment Option (1 month after reservation): LESS PhP 20,000
We conduct Group Food Tasting Event for Non-booked clients. To confirm your attendance, we have
a minimal fee of PhP 500/couple and PhP 1,000/couple for Private Food Tasting. The first two pax of
the food tasting fee is deductible to your final billing statement. Free of charge for clients who booked
our venue partners with maximum of 2 pax only.
After Booking us, we only provide one free food tasting and two meetings for event detailings.
We require at least 30 sqm of pantry/food preparation space in the Events Venue with only 10 meters
away from the Buffet area. Pantry/food preparation must be enclosed with proper water and electricity
supply.
For Garden/Outdoor venue, we require a separate tents for the Buffet Table.
Additional PhP 500/table will be charge if the client or clients event coordinator decided to transfer
the table setup to another area/function room due to heavy rains or change of weather. The caterer
will begiven 2-3 hours to setup the tables & chairs including the buffet area. Any damages or losses
from the caterers equipment and tools due to heavy rains will be charge to the client.
Our event styling partner, Stylento, requires a minimum of 4 hours of ingress or setup time for Basic St
yling, 5 hours for Semi-Upgrade & 6 hours for Upgrade Styling. This is to make sure that the wholeset
up will be arranged and executed accordingly before the agreed time of the reception program.
In a case where the client was not able to comply with the minimum ingress time or the venue allot
less time, the Client will shoulder any venue charges for an early setup or will have to compel to an
additional manpower and logistic fees.
Other terms and conditions are stated in the Catering Agreement.
