Division and 1.195Ha in Proddatur Division}- Forest clearance- Release of payment as per Forest Conservation Act 1980 - Reg 76SKV Kurnool-Tiruvalem transmission line is under construction as a part of SRSS-XIK. The line is crossing the reserve forest in Kurnool and Proddatur forest divisions in Andhra Pradesh. No. 29820/2011-FCA-3 dtd 08.08.14 The stage-1 approval has been received subject to a few conditions. Compliance to those conditions has to be submitted to receive the final approval (Stage-l). As a part of compliance, it is required to make the payments towards Compensatory Afforestation, Net Present Value of diverted forest land and Cost of raising plantation of dwarf species to the forest department: In this regard, DFO Kurnool has issued a demand note vide ref: Rc.No.2790/2012/HS, dtd 28.08.2014 for depositing the following amounts: ‘S.No | Description Anau 1. | Cost of raising compensatory afforestation | Rs. 17,00,000/- over 6.6Ha of degraded forest land at comp.No. 36 Thungabadra Reserve Forest in Adoni range. 2. | Amount towards Net Present Value (NPV) | Rs. 18,87,400/- of 3.015Ha forest area. 3.
