Subject: Employees Tardiness

This is to inform everyone to become aware of their tardiness at work and be reminded
of its consequences. Everyone is encouraging to do not be late for more than three (3)
times in a week. Moreover, please be reminded of the companys Employee Policies
and Regulations where the Disciplinary Actions stated and enumerated the following:

Tardiness - The failure to report to work at an established time at the beginning of


the work shift, or the late return to work at the established time after lunch or rest
period.

The appropriate Disciplinary Actions are:


Employees three (3) consecutive time of being late means an instance of
one (1) absent.
The fifth (5) occurrence of late will be an automatic suspension for three
(3) days.
The tenth (10) occurrence of late will be an automatic discharge of the
employee.
Performance bonus given at the end of the year is given only to those
employees who are punctual and have few absences.

Lastly please observe that your working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
excluding your lunch break. And it is necessary that you arrive to your workstation on
time.
