OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME :

To provide full range of administrative support in the office assistance in registry.

Description of duties:

Under the direct supervision of Administration Officer, the incumbent performs the following duties:

1) To provide assistance in registry

2) To perform messenger functions
3) To duplicate, collecting, stapling and photocopying of documents
4) To performs other duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Essential: Completion of secondary education.

Desirable: NA

Skills:

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

1) Typing skills
2) Knowledge of more than office procedures and maintenance of an efficient filing system,
inventories
3) Ability to sort out and organize large materials for dispatch

Competencies:

Experience:

Essential:
Some experiences of general clerical work and records keeping procedures in a commercial or
government office. Experience in working for WHO or other UN Agencies would be worth asset.

Desirable: NA

Languages:

Essential: Beginners knowledge of spoken and written English and good Bahasa Indonesia
