We have discussed below option to increase HSPA Throughput;

1. Increase ULGBR & DLGBR of MO UUSERGBR from D16 to higher value (step by
step)
a. Will increase the throughput but create more congestion
2. Change THPCLASS of BEARTYPE=R99 from High to Medium
a. Reduce Traffic Handling Priority (THP) for R99 service, this will give
higher priority for HSPA Ue if both in same condition
3. Change CarrierTypePriorInd of MO UUSERPRIORITY from None to HSPA
a. If this parameter is set to HSPA, the comprehensive priority of UEs car
ried on HSPA channels is higher than the comprehensive priority of UEs carried o
n DCHs.
