GREETINGS!

The SIGMA LEGIS FRATERNITY AND SORORITY is a non-stock, non-profit organization

operating within the exclusive confines of the ATENEO DE DAVAO UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE
OF LAW. As an arm of the student body, it facilitates activities integral to the development of
the institutions students.

The College of Law is holding its annual affair composed of various activities aptly named THE
CONFLICTS OF LAW. Among the major activities are the FUN RUN and TRACK AND
FIELD wherein the participants engage in a friendly competition of speed and endurance. Our
organization is in charge of the coordinated facilitation of both these events.

The events will be held on February 13, 2016 from 5:00am and ending not later than
10:00am at Juna Subdivision (for fun run) and Ateneo de Davao Matina Campus(for track and
field).

Attached herein is the route of the Fun Run Event. The starting point will be at Gate 6 of Ateneo
de Davao University, Matina Campus passing through Camia Street. Station 1 will be at Camia
St. corner Juna Avenue. Thereafter, runners will proceed to Station 2 located at the end of Juna
Avenue. Then, they will proceed to station 3 located at University Avenue corner Quimpo
Boulevard (near Chicken House). The last station is located near Petron Gasoline station and
finish line will be at Gate 6 of Ateneo de Davao University.
In connection with this, we would like to seek assistance from your good office. This event, being
on a Saturday morning, does not affect any other event of the same nature. Having been
assigned to organize this for several years now, we are again respectfully hoping for a favorable
response.
