I C.V.AravinthBallaji, S/OVijayaraghavan currently

residing at door number 389/9, Kongurar Layout ,Dhali
road, Udumalpet hereby solemnly affirm by the
following statements below. I have executed this
affidavit with clear conscience of mind and good faith.

I hereby agree to

a. sell my property (ownership by purchase vide

document number 3022/2008 dated 30-4-2008 ) at
site number 48, AyyaluMeenakshmi Nagar,
Udumalpet to Mr.V.Senthil, S/o K.Venkatapathy,
S.F.702
b. authorize Mr.V.Senthil to represent on my behalf to
negotiate and settle the balance amount borrowed
against the above property from ICICI Bank loan
account number: LBCBT00001734797 distributed on
April 19,2008 to a tune of Rs. Four lakhs and fifty
thousands seven hundred eleven vide ICICI Bank
letter dated 16-12-2016.
c. sell the property to V.Senthil - property described
vide document 3022/2008 dated 30-4-2008 for a
sum of Rs. Nineteen lakhs and fifty thousand
towards full and final settlement
d. treat loans received from V.Senthil in year 2014 for
a sum of Rs. Five lakhs as part of this sale
settlement.
e. receive the balance payment of Rs. Ten lakhs on
the day of sale of the property
f. resolve any issues that may arise due to
discrepancies and legal issues at my cost.

I also state that I have not borrowed any monies or

mortgaged the property described in document
3022/2008 with any other financial institution or
individuals.
