ABSTRACT
Recent, results of researching and experimenting application for the dual fuel on
Diesel engine such as: Diesel - LPG, Diesel- CNG ...that gives us. good effects in every
aspects: the engine power, the emisssion in exhaust gases and the fuel economy. At the
time, the using electronic governor is indispensable for dual fuel engines. In Vietnam,
this technology is quite new and will be developed quickly in the near future.
"Researching, designing and installing electronic governor system to diesel engine
using VE high pressure pump" is the subject that applies microprocessor control
technology to diesel engine which using VE high pressure pump with additional an
electronic control unit and some essential sensors.
This thesis presents the foundation of designing, the electronic governor and
experimental results. All of them are achivements of the researcher who desire to control
diesel engine rate by using microprocessor technology while ensure in some aspects such
as: the engine power, the emisssion in exhaust gases, the fuel economy and using safely.
The electronic governor is designed and manufactured basing on principle action
of mechanical governor VE type and it is experimented on the model of 200S-generation
Huyndai Porter engine D4BB, which is commercially available in Vietnam. Experimental
results show that the emisssion of exhaust gases reach in standard value and are better
than those when the engine works with mechanical governor. It is significant foundation
continue to research and apply in practical conditions.

Nam, ky thuat nay con rit moi va no se duoc phat trin rong rai trong nrong lai gffn.

Luan van nay trlnh bay co sa thie] ke, che' tao b9 di~u t6c di~n ill va cac ke't qua
thuc nghiem, M1;lC tieu cua nghien ciru nay nham diu khin 6n dinh t6c dQ dong co
diesel bang ky thuat diu khien l~p trlnh nhirng vftn dam bao v mat cong suit, suit tieu
hao nhien lieu, thanh phan khi thai va an toan sli' dung.
BQ diu t6c di~n tli' diroc thie't ke'va che' tao tren co sa hoat dong ciia bQ diu t6c
co khi kiu VE va diroc thuc nghiern tren dQng co Huyndai D4BB doi 2005 co s~n a thi
tnrong Viet Nam. Ke't qua thuc nghiem cho thay, cac thong s6 v khi thai ciia dong co
narn trong gia tri cho phep va co cai thien hon khi sli' dung bQ diu t6c co khi. Day la ke't
qua quan trong d nguoi thuc hien tiep tuc nghien ciru va ap dung rong ra:i trong thuc te'.
