This lab covers positive and negative clamper circuits. For the positive clamper, a diode clamps the positive portions of a signal to ground, resulting in a waveform that never goes above 0V as seen on an oscilloscope. For the negative clamper, a diode clamps the negative portions of a signal to the positive rail, resulting in a waveform that never goes below 0V. Simulations and measurements of these circuits are done using Proteus and an oscilloscope.
