Further to our Lefter of Intent issued to you vide letter no. Ref.:BD/PC/POLY/LOl/Rajkou2016
dated 27.12.2016,we are pleased to appoint you
as our DCA cum CS as per the terms and conditions contained in
the DCA and CS Agreements.
Please note that you will arrange the infrastructure / statutory compliances
etc. as already conveyed to you in the Lol mentioned above.
The territory of operation will be the area covered by the state of Gujarat
as per intimation given by loCL at the time of execution of Agreement
or advised separately and any other such area as may be agreed nyine

This LOA is subject to any directions / orders that may be issued by any Court of Law / Govt. Authority, which Indian oil is legally
bound to
comply with.

Please note that this LoA is a business proposition and is subject to

usual market risks. Further, Indian Oil does not guarantee you any
minimum return / turnover etc.

Application and Documents. pe.rtaining to selection process, Lol, LoA and the Agreements to be executed between the parties shall together
form contract between the Parties.
