To whom it may concern,

This letter is to notify that Claire Moon has provided 6 hours of volunteer service at the

20th Annual Academy Concert on Sunday, November 13th. She was one of the ushers of the

event, handing out the concert programs and guiding the young performers to the back stage. As

well, she ensured that there were no intemrptions between the performances. She also helped

with set-up and take-down for the concert. Her attentiveness and kindness has contributed greatly

towards successful productioir of the concert that afternoon. Thercfbre, the academy ',','culd like

to acknowledge her help through this volunteer hour letter.
