On Monday, December 29, 2016 a stolen credit card was used to make several
unauthorized transactions, at four stores in the Warrenton area. The suspect

was also at Andes Market in Remington the same day an
attempted larceny occurred.

Hotline: The suspect is described a s tall black male, 30-40 years of age. He was

wearing a multi-colored stocking cap, white hoodie, black jacket,
jeans, and boots.
This suspect is believed to be associated with Theodore Roosevelt Bailey Jr,
who was arrested Wednesday, February 15, 2017 on burglary related charges.
Investigation has led to the possibility that this suspect is a co-conspirator in
the recent series of multi-jurisdictional burglaries.
