Job Description

We are looking for Regional Manager for our South Indian office, situated at Trivandrum.Orion
Mobile Communication LTD is the market leader among private players in Kerala.The primarily
duty will be building strengths for the company in South India through creation, nurturing and
management of Dealer Network through focus on Services and Stakeholders comprising of
Contractors and end Consumers and thereby achieving overall business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

Planning and Execution of the Targets for the assigned districts


Branding, Promotion and Ground Activities such as assisting employees in achieving
overall sales target through regular discussions and training support such as in-shop
selling, shop meets etc.
Solving customer queries and issues and providing all relevant information.
Ensuring availability of material, services and promotional tools to the dealer through
coordination with other stakeholders.
Exploring and opening new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale
potential in the territorial market.
Ensuring overall customer satisfaction through interaction with consumers to understand
gaps in service and resolve issues & complaints if any, within benchmark timelines.
Ensuring market presence and making site visits as and when required.
Maintaining and updating the contractor database in each geographical area through
proper documentation and statutory compliance.
Analysing data and keeping track of key parameters to enhance effectiveness.
Generating reports such as Daily Visit reports, Unit Monitoring report, lost sites and other
relevant competition info.

Job Specifications
Applicant profile
1. Academics
Applicant must possess MBA, PGDM or equivalent courses
Applicant must have secured 65% or above in Post-Graduation, Graduation 12th
and 10th
Applicants who have specialization in Sales will be given preference

2. Personal
Age: 28 or above
Languages: English and Malayalam
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years work experience in sales department

3. Required Qualities
Industry Preference: FMCG / beverage/ Oil Marketing companies / consumer
durables / Pharmaceutical industry

Candidate should be well versed with geography of South India.
Should be willing to travel extensively.
Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills

Researches, interprets, and reports on long-term customer/client trends for the
purpose of formulating policy and strategy.
Provides analysis of policy issues, develops program proposals, and develops

Does long-term coaching for developing people as future leaders and strongly
believes in people development
Anticipates, plans and adapts to all types of internal and external change

Communicates the vision in a manner that generates excitement, enthusiasm and
commitment to the team mission.
Role involves visiting all regional branches across South India
Applicant must be ready to move across Kerala since the said role is transferable
in nature
