Assumed role and all teacher duties in a second grade classroom for a two month personal leave of
absence. Collaborated with second grade team to implement lessons and initiated STEM Fridays.
Worked with the speech and language therapists, school psychologist and other aides to support
the diverse learning of the students. Assessed students for progress in all subject areas and
corresponded with parents to ensure student success. Participated in professional development
days.

Strawberry Point Elementary Mill Valley, CA
Administered common core aligned science lessons for transitional kindergarten through fifth grade
for the entire school. Maintained garden and wetlands area around the school and created and
disseminated fliers and other educational materials. Liaison with teachers to ensure students
support. Managed volunteers and interns, organized weekend workdays with families, coordinated
