BOARD RESOLUTION RESTRUCTURING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

WHEREAS, the council is following a three-branched chart consisting the Executive Council,
Council Board, and Council Committees as resolved during the primary meeting at the start of the
academic year and after suspending the constitution.

WHEREAS, the Executive Council, consisting the President, Vice-President for Internal Affairs,
Vice-President for External Affairs, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer,
Auditor, Communications Officer and Sports and Recreations Officer, and Council Board, consisting
each year level representatives depending on the number of block sections, shall remain intact.

WHEREAS, the organization is in need of additional manpower for all legworks that will
continually support the Executive Council and Council Board for all projects and programs until the end
of their term aside from the previous four committees, such as: Documentation, Projects and Programs,
Creative and Advertisement, and Sports Committees.

THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Council Committee branch of the Student Council be
renamed to Council Central Committee or CenComm as it plays a major role in the success of all
projects and programs of the organization.

THEREFORE, the new committees under the CenComm be the following: Documentations
Committee, Projects and Programs Committee, Creative Committee, Advertisement Committee, and
Sports Committee. Under the Projects and Programs are three sub-committees, such as: Logistics
Team, Technical Team, and Community Extension Team.

THEREFORE, all names appearing on the attached document be functional under their
respective designations.

Duly approved by the Executive Council this 5th of January 2017.
