Questionnaire

1) Objectives of your visit to Japan:

Please explain what makes you apply to STG Program. Also please explain how your visit to Japan would
contribute to your future research activities.

2) Structures, projects, and institutes that you would like to visit

Please provide the structures, projects, and institutes that you want to visit in Japan, if any. If you have,
please provide the reasons why you are interested in them.

3) Your research theme(s) and project(s)

Please outline your projects including themes/ focuses, purposes, and the achievements that you would like
to attain, and how those projects you can relate to your future profession.

4) Your presentation at International Summer Symposium to be held during JSCEs Annual

Meeting
STG Program requests you to deliver a presentation on your research project or a unique project in your
country at International Summer Symposium to be held during JSCEs Annual Meeting. Please plan your
presentation and provide the theme and abstract of your presentation.

5) Your STG Report

Please submit your report in English on STG Program to the host International Scientific Exchange Fund
(ISEF) Committee by the end of November 2017. Also you are requested to deliver a presentation or to
make a report on your STG experience in your country. Please provide what events and opportunities you
will do that.

If you want to pursue your study in Japan, to work for a Japanese company in Japan in the future, please
