    The Honorable Judge Sulla Jr.,

    I am writing this letter to show cause and explain my side why I


    failed to appear in court last December 2016. Unfortunately, the address indicated
    in the subpoena was not my actual address thus, the service was delayed, reaching
    my residence 10 days after the actual date of hearing.

    Attached herein is a photocopy of my personal identification


    card, indicating my actual residence to verify the veracity on my explanation, of
    why this honorable court should not punish me with contempt of court. Hence, I
    am innocent and do not have any intention to cause delay for the speedy
    administration of justice.
