I am writing this letter of reference in order to vouch for Duan and help him obtain the
financial aid you are offering.

Duan is a student of mine who has so far shown a great deal of devotion, talent and
intelligence. I've been teaching him IT since 2013 and during this period he has achieved
remarkable results in completing all the tasks in this subject. In his spoken and written works he
has demonstrated an outstanding analytical approach and a high level of literacy. He is
cooperative in the classes, and a friendly and open-minded person.

I believe that he will be a great delegate at the International Session of European Youth
Parliament in Laax, but knowing his financial situation it is very difficult for him and his family to
pay the trip to there. Thus, I want to express my greatest support for his application for getting
a reimbursement for his travel costs.
