Experience
Instructional design and curriculum development for all Burkhart Dental Supply
training programs; responsible for researching and vetting third-party content
providers to assist as appropriate; act as primary LMS administrator; interview
Subject Matter Experts and develop content based on those interviews;
coordinate all activities related to content development; take lead role in
coordination of all scheduled training at Burkhart.
Interact with faculty and staff in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
regarding distance education courses and issues; gather information, analyze
symptoms, accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues and/or redirect
problems to appropriate resources; collaborate with faculty and staff subject-
matter-experts to help create high-quality online courses, video based content and
programs that represent the most current, research-based ideas in a given industry
and instructional/curricular strategies; ensure that Columbus State's vision and
mission are reflected in all aspects of the student online experience; ensure
course support and development is completed on time and meets standards of
quality.

assess needs, share information, or troubleshooting problems before they arose

programs and events that helped disseminate, share, and communicate CHEE
research with internal and external constituents; coordinated assessment,
evaluation, and enrollment of youth and other clients into CHEE programs and
intervention activities; assisted in the development of activities, trainings, and
professional development efforts of CHEE staff, program assistants, volunteers,
partners, and other service providers to achieve program outcomes; assisted in
defining and meeting deliverables for CHEE programs.
