    We, Jenna Tucci, Kyla Sattele, and Corey Justice, are writing this letter on behalf of
    our English ll Honors class. Our teacher has assigned us to complete a project on a
    controversial topic to advertise to our school. As a group, we chose the effects of
    alcohol and came across the Public Health Agency website with information on our
    subject matter.

    or mental issues because of alcohol?
