The technical requlations of Customs Union come into

effect from Feb. 1, 2014. The previous certificate of the
equipment will be used until Aug. 1, 2015.

The technical regulations of Customs Union confirm the

mandatory safety requirements for the use of equipment
operating under excessive pressure. The certificate or
declaration of conformity with the techinical regulations
can be used for clearance, sale and use in the Customs
Union countries.

This technical regulation does not apply for the following products
1
Pipelines, and field and local distribution pipelines intended for the
transportation of gas, oil and other products

2 Gas distribution network and gas consumption network

3 equipment specially designed for use

in the field of nuclear energy, equipment working with radioactive environment;

Vessels working under the pressure created by the explosion inside them, in accordance
with the process or during combustion mode SHS

5 Equipment specially designed for use in marine and

river vessels and other floating facilities and subsea facilities

6 Braking equipment of railway vehicles, cars

and other vehicles

7 vessels specifically designed for use airplanes and

other aircraft

8 Equipment for defense purposes


This technical regulation does not apply for the following products

Shell and casing of elements of transmission systems of electric energy working
