How To Submit the request set UTCFS Item Create Request

User must have access to responsibility Inventory User/Superuser In

order to submit this Request set.

Note: First we need to create the items in GLO org and then we need to
create the same items in the desired org.
1. Navigate to Inventory User/Superuser Custom Inv Reports - select
the organization for which you want to create the Item Request set
- UTCFS Item Create Request This request set is responsible to
bring data from the .dat file to interface table.

2. Put the below parameters:

UTCFS Confidential
 KM Reusable components

Source server: TUAORAPP01SECGE.ad.security.ge.com

Source data file path: ItemImport

UTCFS Item Import (SQL* Loader) Program

UTCFS Item Create Program

After this Request set completed Normal, please check whether

the data is populated in Interface table for the Same
set_process_id you have given in .dat file.

Select * from mtl_system_items_interface

Where set_process_id = <The set process id you have given in
.dat file>

Once the interface table populates you need to run the Standard
program Import Items. This will bring data from interface to
base table.

Navigation to fire Import Items.

Inventory superuser - Items Import Import Items select the
organization for which you want to create the Item - Import Items.

You are done. Now please check the item in your organization .
