    InstallingRapidReflectiveFlashingBeacon(RRFB)crosswalksatthreelocations:(1)S.
    Dakota Ave., (2) S. Delaware Ave., and (3) Midway between S. Brevard Ave. and W.
    SwannAve.;and,
    Reducingthepostedspeedlimitfrom40MPHto35MPH;
