Probability is a way of expressing knowledge or belief that an event will

occur or has occurred. Probability is used extensively in areas of study as

mathematics, statistics, finance, gambling, science, and philosophy to
draw conclusions about the chances of potential events and the
underlying mechanics of complex systems. The world revolves around
probability. We may not be aware of it but we play with chance every
day. Each day starts, ends and restarts with chance. Every move and
every decision made comes with its own set of numbers and values that
predicts the potential results. Probability helps us to not only prepare for
the worst case scenario but also help us know what is the most likely
result of our actions. With probability, we do not go into the battle of life
completely blind and thus, our chance of success grows with each
certain step we take: all in the form of numbers.
