Work Breakdown Structure

To make things more manageable in terms of the work needed finished the whole

project, it is going to be divided in several work packages. In this way, its going to be much easy

for the Project Manager to distribute workloads and track the remaining time. This project is

divided according to the 5 phases of Project Management (initiation, planning, execution,

control, closeout) and each phase is also divided according to the works needed in each phase.

(LAGAY MO DITO YUNG WBS)

To be able to define each work packages easier the WBS Dictionary is used. The WBS

dictionary includes entries for each WBS component that briefly defines the scope or statement

of the work, defines deliverables, contains a list of associated activities, and provides a list of

recognized milestones to gage progress.
