A NEW Lion Club in Hoxtons
Pitfield Street, London N1, has
arisen from the ashes of the former
amateur boxing club and youth
club which had stood there for well
over half a century. In the spring of
2011, the club realised that their
old building was no longer fit for
purpose and started the process of
drawing up plans for a brand new
building. Planning permission was
granted in 2012 for a new building
housing the amateur boxing club
and youth club with nineteen flats REFURB:
