Communication skills - working and living in Prague, Czech Republic, has proven to be a mentoring experience regarding
communication skills because, although having similar slavic routes, Romanian and Czech are very
different languages, and the level of communication in English, French or German which I am able to
communicate in were very low outside the office; which is why the experience has taught me how to
be more confident, how to joggle between languages, how to express myself even through body
language and mimics when the other person doesn't understand me
- good communication and behavioral abilities gained through working as an intern at Creativ Project
in Piatra-Neamt, 2014

Organisational / managerial skills
- working as an intern at Deltaplan CZ has taught me how to manage my own time and how to
understand the importance not only of what I am doing, but the importance of everyone else's work,
how vital it is to know how to communicate with other people and how to obbey as well as to speak
your mind when needed
- leadership and organisational: head of the class, both in high-school (for 4 years) and in grad school
(3 years)
- excellent team-leading and team-working skills gained by participating in architecture competitions in
a team, for example obtaining the second place in the competition for "Reabilitating the Public Space
by opening the Garden Area of the church St. Ilie from Craiova"

Job-related skills - great interest in any area related to the domain of Architecture: the internship at Deltaplan CZ, which
is a civil engineering firm has proven to be one challenging experience which has taught me a lot
about the relationship between the architect and the engineer, about how to respect other fields of
work and about how important it is to be profesional
