Welcome to Crestcom Training

Training is delivered in a unique blend of video-based, live facilitated training of each topic. Each three-
hour VRCA session agenda includes:
Meeting opening (5 10 minutes).
20 - 30 minute video delivered by one of the top trainers in the world.
Live facilitation of in-session exercises to cover key learning goals (80 - 90 minutes).
Session wrap-up and review (5 10 minutes).
Creation of an Action Plan based on a best idea from the session. Action Plans will be discussed
with the group. (45 60 minutes). The participant will implement Action Plan in the workplace.
