AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE
I, ARISTEDES C. LEUTERIO, of legal age, married and a
resident of Lalud, Calapan City, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am experienced freelance multi-media practitioner

with specific areas of expertise in digital photography and
videography;

2. That for over a decade, I was practicing this mode of

media discipline and I was employed by the City
Government of Calapan and the Provincial Government of
Oriental Mindoro to provide them with technical expertise
relating to digital photography and videography;

3. That I also worked abroad as a graphic designer at the

Mother, Baby and Child Magazine based in Dubai Media
City, UAE;

4. That as of the moment, I am a local based, per project

digital photo and video editor;

5. That I am the one who view the raw CCTV footages of the
Atienza Razon Lending Corporation located in Victoria
Oriental Mindoro;

6. That I am certifying that the said raw footages were not

tampered or edited by any other way;

7. That, I am also the one who prepared the snap shots of

the CCTV footages and the arranged CCTV footages that
were mentioned in paragraph 5 of this affidavit;

8. That I am aware that the aforementioned footages and

snap shots will be used as evidence for the respondents in
the case of Gladys Javier and Vicente Javier vs. Leonora
Razon, Kenrick Mendez and Jocelyn Abas (NPS No. IV-07-
 INV-160-00093) pending before the Office of the Provincial
Prosecutor of Oriental Mindoro;

9. That I am executing this affidavit for whatever legal

purposes it may serve;
