VERY URGENT EX PARTE MOTION TO RESET

PRE-TRIAL

THE UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL, unto this Honorable Court,

most respectfully states that;

1. The original date of the Pre-Trial of this case was set last 20
October 2016;

2. The same was cancelled and reset by the Honorable Court

tomorrow, 27 October 2016;

3. However, the undersigned counsel is set to appear at the

Regional Trial Court Branch 40 stationed in Calapan City,
Oriental Mindoro in the case of People vs. Michael Rafa 1;

4. Considering that the above-mentioned cases hearing was

pre-scheduled, the undersigned counsel will not be able to
attend the pre-trial which was reset only last week;

5. As such, the undersigned counsel most respectfully beseech

the kind indulgence of this Honorable Court that the pre-trial
which was reset for hearing today be transferred to the next
available hearing date;

6. This motion is not intended for delay but only for the reason
stated herein;

 THE PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premise considered, it is most respectfully
prayed for that the pre-trial which was reset for hearing today
be transferred to the next available hearing date.

Other remedies, just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
