(Electrical/Mechanical/ITI/Diploma)
3. 03-05 years working experience;
4. 60 % electrical and 40 % mechanical
maintenance/engineering works exposure.
4. From or with FMCG industry experiences.
5. Packing line maintenance is REQUIRED.
6. Basic understanding of Utility experience
7. Hands on experience in PLC, sensor,
SCADA, electrical panel wiring,
troubleshooting, switch gears,
transformers, breakers
8. Have experience in attending mechanical
breakdown and/or troubleshooting
9. Understanding of bearings , sprockets ,
chains, pump set, couplings, and conveyors

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Responsibility 1: Maintenance. Completion of all
maintenance tasks as assigned. Ensure production
equipment operates efficiently by supervising and
performing planned and preventive maintenance on a
schedule basis.
Responsibility 2: Troubleshooting. Fault finding /
problem solving of equipment and machine break
down. Analyses equipment failures, determines
cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs.
Communicates and provide feedback to line leaders
and engineers.
Responsibility 3: Safety and Working Condition. Assure
compliance with appropriate safety practices and
procedures and with applicable federal or local codes,
regulations and requirements. Conducts safety
compliance inspections and maintains records of the
same. Follow and maintain GMP, ISO, QMS, HACCP, 5-
S and Work Safety standards. Adhere to cost effective
practices as well as continuous improvement and
Kaizen encouraged in the department.
Responsibility 4: Cost Reduction. Create awareness
among colleagues of cost factor and contribute to
plants cost reduction program. To contribute to the
ongoing efforts towards reduction of cost by providing
concrete technical solution including better
management of utilities (air conditioning, lightning)
minimizing wear and tear, avoiding loss and damage of
machine parts and equipment available.
