    Western Cape Aquatics

    New Level 1 Championships

    Welcome to the new Level 1 regional Championship event. After


    consultation with the districts and SSA the following competition
    structure was decided on as is allowed for in the SSA rules.

    All events are timed finals


    All swimmers who have not achieve a Level 2 qualifying time are
    eligible to enter. (9&U swimmers excluded from this rule and may
    enter Level 1 irrespective of what level they have qualified for)
    Swimmers may qualify for Level 2 at this gala but must be fully
    registered to be entered after Level 1 and compete in Level 2.
    Sessions may be re-structured once all entries are received

    Session 1 Saturday 11th March 2017 8am

    50 Freestyle
    100 Backstroke

    Session 2 Saturday 11th March TBA

    50 Butterfly
    50 Backstroke
    100 Breaststroke
    100 Freestyle Relay

    Session 3 Sunday 12th March 2017 8am

    50 Breaststroke
    100 Freestyle
    100 Medley Relay

    Eden - Karoo - Metro - Overberg - West Coast - Winelands
