APPLICATION Application
Cimperial HD812-02 can be used without problem for most various metals
from aluminum to (stainless) steel.
PRODUCT Due to the fact that the possible negative effects - spot on aluminum -
it has been reduced to a minimum, Cimperial HD812-02 It is suitable
for most types of metal.

Liquid Cimperial HD812-02 was developed specifically for increased

water hardness (initial stiffness of 15 30 dH).
For soft water, we recommend Cimperial HD809.

Methods of use
Cimperial HD 812-02 mixes easily, requiring only simple mixing. For automatic mixing recommended dosing
Cimcool Mix Master or Cimcool Mix Master S.
Under normal circumstances, initial water temperature should be 5 - 25 C.

The recommended starting concentration

Aluminum Steel alloys - Stainless steel
Polishing 4,0% 4,5%
Standard Machining 4,0% 5,0%
Machining at high intensity 6,0% 8,0%
Deploying, tapping, broaching 8,0% 10,0%

Mix Master S : ** The concentration of easily setting knob to the desired value.
** The concentration may vary depending on local conditions. In this regard, it is recommended always check
using a refractometer or TA set for analysis.

Concentration analysis
For concentration analysis, use one of the following methods or other suitable method laboratory analysis,
offered by your local supplier.
Refractometer factor : 1.1
When using a refractometer, the result is multiplied by a factor of 1.1 will only act against a fresh solution.

Handling and Storage

Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store at temperatures between 5 - 30 C.
