Dade County Bands om Dear Parents/Guardians, (On Thursday, March 16th, the DCHS Concert Band will be traveling to UTC in Chattanooga to perform for the East Tennessee Band and Orchestra Association's (ETSBOA) concert festival. This festival is a chance for our students to perform for a panel of judges that will score them on many different criteria and give a constructive critique of their performance. The students will meet in the band room at 9:45 a.m. and return to the school by the end of the day. We encourage any parents who want to attend to come and support the students! The band will perform at 11:40 am. There is no entrance cost for spectators. After the performance, we will be taking the students to eat lunch before returning to DCHS. Students must wear their concert black/white attire for the event. Students should come to school already dressed in performance attire, They will not have time to change when we reach UTC, If you have any questions, please contact us.
