Subject : Sharing of arrears due from TTD and other major temples to the Endowments
Funds as per provisions of AP Reorganization Act 2014 and Implementation of
SC Order on Daily Puja Funds for low income ancient temples

Funds as per CAG report.

It is heartening to note that the committees formed by both the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
under your chairmanship has agreed to amicably settle the sharing of assets of several corporations on
the basis of population ratio as reported widely in the press. It was also reported that future meetings
will address other pending issues. In this regard we bring to your kind notice the pending WP (PIL)
117 of 2016 in the High Court relating to sharing of arrears due to the Endowments Funds as per CAG
report.

We also would like to bring to your kind notice the historic GO issued by the State of Andhra Pradesh
largely correcting the injustice meted to the Archaka community for which the community has been
fighting for past several decades. The Archaka community in the State of Andhra Pradesh has performed
thanksgiving puja in the name of Honble Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for peace and prosperity
of the State at all temples in the State as widely reported in the press.

We had represented to Justice Sri Krishna Committee that solving the issues of temples and archaka
community in a spirit of Dharma will ensure peace and prosperity for people of both states and in this

context we would like to bring to your kind notice the historic offerings made by the Honble Chief
Minister Shri K. Chandrasekar Rao to Lord Balaji at Tirumala as a thanksgiving for formation of State
of Telangana with a wish for peace and prosperity for people of both States.

All the above has been covered in the VAK March 2017 issue which is enclosed for your
kind perusal.

We request your Excellency to seize the historic divine opportunity granted by the above events to
settle the issue of sharing of arrears due to the Endowments Funds from TTD and other major temples
by adding the item to the agenda of the asset sharing committee deliberations. An amicable decision by
both the States as per Dharma and keeping in view the interests of temples and welfare of archakas
belonging to both the States and in the spirit of our representation to Justice Sri Krishna Committee will
ensure in times to come that both the States will solve all its pending problems in a spirit of brotherhood
and in a peaceful manner by grace of Lord Balaji.

We would like the temples which are the spiritual wealth of all the people of the State to continue to
belong to everyone. This is similar to the scenario where the material property is divided between
brothers of a family but the parents are still common to both and are looked after jointly

We also request your Excellency to take up the implementation of the Supreme Court Order on Daily
Puja Funds covered in VAK Feb 2017 Editorial in view of the recent appeal made by the Honble Prime
Minister Shri Narendra Modi for all of us to promote download of the BHIM App. The Almighty (y:)
who is inner controller of all can make crores of people download BHIM App due to the principle z|
