JOB DEFINITION

To assist the Sales and Promotions in online selling of tickets, passes and
merchandise and online promotion of CCP productions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manages online e-commerce; sells tickets for all productions and all
CCP merchandise.
2. Is knowledgeable in selling products and services online; e.g.
mechanics of online subscriptions, etc.
3. Monitors online sales.
4. Assists in the administration of online content of the CCP website.
5. Promotes CCP productions online; e.g disseminates information/e-
blasts on CCP production to all potential customers and website
subscribers.
6. Keeps the CCP website updated and attends to online needs of various
end-users.
7. Prepares promotional materials such as banners for the CCP website,
monthly Box Office Calendar, slideshow of monthly events for LED
displays, etc.
8. Applies approved graphic design for productions to various online and
other advertising resources.
9. Is knowledgeable in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop
and InDesign.
10. Is knowledgeable in presentation software such as Powerpoint or
Adobe Premiere.
11. Possesses good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
