Associated Learning Standard(s): Jing is generally applicable and applies to the standard of
model digital age work and learning for teachers. I do not see how this will inspire students
to learn but can increase their creativity. Jing also promotes and models digital citizenship
and responsibility.

RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
Give a brief description of the technology/resource.
Jing is a tool that allows you to capture an image or video from your computer, edit or
annotate it, and even add up to five minutes of audio to go along with that image or video.

INTEGRATION/IMPLEMENTATION IDEA - SCREENCASTING

How might you use this resource to promote student learning? Describe who will be doing the screen
casting you or your students, and what purpose it will serve.
This resource can be used to enhance a lesson in any subject. The students will be doing the
screen casting, this will engage them to be involved in their learning by making it
interactive.
